Meet the Staff

Angela

I have been working with Dr. Ralph since 2005. I love being a part of this practice, sharing my skills and knowledge of the orthodontic field. It's so wonderful to see how happy our patients are when they complete their treatment. I also love to watch their progress along the way.

I am originally from Lewiston, Idaho. When I am away from the practice, I like spending time at the lake, camp, and enjoy the great outdoors. Before working in orthodontics, I coached gymnastics for eleven years.

 

Colleen

I love to see all of the wonderful smiles we create here! I have been working with Dr. Ralph since 2007, and each day I feel lucky to be surrounded by such a wonderful team, and such awesome patients. This is a great practice; we have such a great sense of team spirit, and Dr. Ralph has a delightful sense of humor. He can put a smile on your face whether you're receiving treatment or not!

I am originally from Park Falls, Wisconsin. In my time off, I like to reupholster furniture, spend time with my two children, attend church at Life Center, ride my bike, go for long walks with my dog, and sew. Whenever I have some vacation time saved up, I like to travel to new and exciting places.

Welcome! I have worked with Dr. Ralph since 2009, and for many of our patients, I am the first smile they see when they visit our practice. I love working in orthodontics, and seeing how happy and confident our patients are when their treatment is complete and they see their new smile for the first time. I also enjoy the fun and comfortable atmosphere inside our practice. It's a great place for patients of all ages.

I am originally from Orem, Utah. When I am away from the practice, I enjoy spending time with my husband, shopping, running, camping, and being outdoors. I am a natural trickster and I love playing practical jokes on my husband. He's such a good sport (poor guy)!

 

Gail

I have been working with Dr. Ralph since 2007 as an orthodontic technician and helping with special projects. I love watching the entire process of orthodontics, seeing how our patients' self-confidence grows throughout their experience. Dr. Ralph is a wonderful orthodontist. He is a perfectionist, as well as a fun guy who makes his patients feel comfortable. We all have a great time here, and we hope to provide our patients with a positive experience.

I am originally from Spokane, and in my time off I enjoy camping, upholstery, sewing, working with my hands, and spending time with my children/grandchildren. Each year at the Spokane Interstate Fair I have the fun job of being the Horse Superintendent!

 

Kim

I love seeing our patients smile from ear to ear when they get their braces off! That's my favorite part about working in orthodontics. I have worked with Dr. Ralph since 1999. He is a great orthodontics who strives for perfection in everything he does. It's a great experience to work in orthodontics, and have the opportunity to meet so many different people.

I am a native of Spokane, and when I'm not busy sharing smiles, I like to do outdoor activities like snowboarding, snow shoeing, and mountain biking. I am very good at driving a Bobcat, and I am always willing to try new foods!

 

Krystel

I have worked with Dr. Ralph since 2007. The diversity of working with so many unique people and orthodontic cases fascinates me, and seeing how different each treatment is as they are customized for each individual patient. Dr. Ralph is a great orthodontist. He is so sincere, and he genuinely cares about his patients and our team.

When I'm away from the practice, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, traveling, reading, playing video games, watching movies, camping, water skiing, seeing live music performed, riding motorcycles, working on my car, and sleeping in late!

 

Michele

I have been working with Dr. Ralph since 2005, and each day I am reminded why I love what I do so much - watching the changes in every patient and sharing in their excitement when they see their new smiles for the first time! I also enjoy working with the team. Everybody here gets along so well. Dr. Ralph is easy-going, and he likes to joke around with the team and our patients. We have fun here, and I know that you will too!

In my time off, I like to watch movies, go shopping with my sisters, and spend time with my kids. I also love eating sushi!

 

Pam

I have been working with Dr. Ralph since 1999, and I still enjoy watching the transformations that our patients undergo when they receive orthodontic care. At their first appointment, many patients won't even smile, but by the time they get their braces off they are smiling so big and they are so confident with their new look. I love orthodontics - having the chance to meet new people, and hearing their life stories. There's always something to smile about at our practice.

When I am away from the practice, I enjoy spending time with my daughters. Neither of my daughters lives at home anymore, so my husband and I cherish our time spent with both of them. On warm, sunny days, you'll almost always find me on Lake Coeur d'Alene enjoying the afternoon with family and friends.
