We’re opening by mentioning the things that Dr. Ralph and his staff do to support the community. Your community. His community. He is your neighbor and one of his firm beliefs is that you should always provide for the community that provides for you.
The entire staff contributes to and supports charities such as Teen Closet, Toys for Tots, and the Second Harvest Food Bank. Through volunteer opportunities and donations, our staff all contribute in some way. You might see your favorite technician strutting with a mutt at the annual Mutt Strut, or wearing pink ribbons during a walk for breast cancer.
Supporting the local schools is a high priority for Dr. Ralph. Through regular donations and community outreach, you will see our footprint on a variety of community service projects. This includes support for local groups and sponsorships for those assisting with worldwide service projects.
Remember that silent auction basket with the DVD movies, popcorn, toothbrushes, and dental floss at the last PTA function? That was probably a donation from our office, as we contribute to more than 50 local fundraising auctions every year.
Rockin’ Rewards Program
Patients get perks too. The Rockin’ Rewards Club rewards patients for good oral and appliance care during treatment. This is a great incentive for younger patients. If you’re an adult patient and you want to try to earn one of the prizes displayed in the office, we might let you play too!
Meet Dr. Scott Ralph
The center of every orthodontist’s office is the doctor. We won’t drone on about Dr. Ralph. Although you can read his entire bio for all the details. We do want to go over the basics. He was raised in Post Falls, Idaho, and came to Spokane because he loves the people here! With a passion for orthodontics, he is always upbeat and loves his job.
Educational Background
Dr. Ralph graduated from Lakeland High School (he was valedictorian). After that, he obtained a degree in chemistry from USC San Diego (Revelle College), graduating summa cum laude. Then it was off to the midwest, where he attended the University of Michigan for dental school. After graduating valedictorian from dental school, he earned a Master of Science degree in the orthodontic specialty.

And that brings us to Spokane, where Dr. Ralph still likes school and continues learning as much as he can to round out his education and stay current in the field.
Professional Background
In addition to continuing his education, Dr. Ralph is a member of several local, state, and national organizations that promote orthodontists and dentists. This assures a good standing with peers and permits him to stay current on new technology, treatments, and techniques. This all adds up to being able to provide better care for patients.
Who is Dr. Ralph outside the office?
Away from the office, Dr. Ralph is a husband and father. He enjoys outdoor activities and is a bit of a thrill-seeker. An avid DIYer, he stays busy around the house with many projects.
